Soi Direct is a property management and customer relationship management (CRM) platform designed for real estate agents. The Service includes property listing management, prospect tracking, AI-powered search and assistance, LINE messaging integration, team collaboration features, and public agent profile pages.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Promptly update your information if it changes
Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Post false, misleading, or fraudulent property listings
Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
Transmit harmful code, viruses, or malicious software
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
Use the Service for spam, harassment, or abusive purposes
Scrape, data mine, or otherwise extract data from the Service without permission

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service, including property listings, images, and client data. By submitting content, you grant us a license to:

Store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service
Display published property listings on your public agent profile
Use anonymized, aggregated data for service improvement and analytics

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you submit. You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you upload.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by Soi Direct and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without our written permission.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including LINE messaging and AI providers. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOI DIRECT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Thailand.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on the Service or sending you an email. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
