AI assistant

AI that works on your own data

Not a generic chatbot. It reads your portfolio, leads and showings.

An assistant that knows your listings

Ask in plain words. “2-bedroom condos under 5M in Thonglor.” “Which viewings are booked this week?” The answers come from your own data.

  • Search your portfolio by typing a question
  • Looks across leads, showings and properties
  • Works in the dashboard or on LINE

Work from LINE

Thailand runs on LINE, so the assistant lives there too. Add a property, check a lead, or grab a summary to forward to a client.

  • Add and update properties by message
  • Summaries you can forward as-is
  • Owners send you listings by sharing to the OA

Never type a listing twice

Paste a listing from anywhere — a LINE message, a portal page, a Facebook post. The details come back filled in. You check them and save.

  • Handles messy, unformatted text
  • Pulls photos and details together
  • Nothing goes live until you approve it

Post a listing to Facebook in a minute

The job you do by hand every day. You still press Publish.

Post to Facebook in one click

The extension fills the Marketplace form for you: photos, price, bedrooms, description. It also ticks the groups that fit. You check it and press Publish — nothing is ever posted for you.

Import listings from anywhere

Pull listings from Facebook, PropertyScout, FazWaz and LivingInsider straight into your inventory. They arrive as drafts for you to review.

Written in your words

Set your description template once. Every import is written in your format and your language, Thai or English. Your contact block is copied exactly.

Groups sorted for you

Your Facebook groups get sorted by area, by rent or sale, and by price range. A Thonglor rental stops going out to a Phuket sales group.

Properties & leads

Everything in one pipeline

Listings, leads, showings and rentals in one place.

Property portfolio

Unlimited listings with photos, prices, amenities and status. Each one gets a clean public page.

Lead tracking

Follow a lead from first message to signed lease. Log calls, book showings, set reminders.

Selections clients reply to

Send a shortlist on its own link. Your client rates each home — love, like, maybe, no.

Leads linked to listings

Connect a lead to the homes they are looking at, with a full activity timeline in one place.

Inquiry management

Enquiries from your public pages land in one queue, with status tracking so none go cold.

Coming Soon

Performance insights

Active listings, deals closed, response times — your business at a glance.

Work with other agents

Independent, but not alone

Show their listings to your leads. Let them show yours.

Shared inventory

Share a listing with the network and other agents can show it to their leads. Your commission share is stated up front.

Co-agent deals

An agent links a lead to your listing. You approve or decline. The deal then moves from showing to negotiating to closed.

Team mode

Join an agency to share properties and leads with colleagues. Every record still shows who owns it.

Why agents switch

You keep 100%

No splits, no referral cut, no fee on a closed deal. Co-agent deals included.

Built for your phone

The dashboard works on mobile and LINE covers the rest. Most agents rarely open a laptop.

Set up in an afternoon

No onboarding call, no training. Import a few listings and you are working the same day.

Common questions

What is the best CRM for independent real estate agents in Thailand?

The one that matches how the market works here: LINE instead of email, Facebook groups instead of portal-only listings, and rent quoted per lease length in THB. Soi Direct is built around those three things from the start, for independent agents and small agencies in Bangkok and the rest of Thailand.

Does Soi Direct work with LINE?

Yes. Chat with the AI assistant on LINE to add properties, check leads, and pull summaries you can forward to a client. Owners can also send you a listing by sharing it to the official account. It arrives in your dashboard as a draft.

Can I post my listings to Facebook Marketplace and groups?

Yes, using the Soi Capture browser extension. It fills the Marketplace form with your photos, price and description, then ticks the groups that match the listing. You always review it and press Publish yourself. Nothing is posted automatically.

Can I import listings from Facebook or property portals?

Yes. The extension imports from Facebook, PropertyScout, FazWaz and LivingInsider into your own inventory as drafts. Each description is rewritten to your template, in Thai or English. Nothing is published until you approve it.

Does Soi Direct take a cut of my commission?

No. Soi Direct takes no commission on any deal. That includes co-agent deals through the shared network, where the finder agent's commission is shown in full.

Do I need an agency to use it?

No. It is built for agents working alone. Team mode is there if you want to work with colleagues under an agency, but it is optional either way.
